Medium-Intensity PEMF
Clinical & ProtocolPEMF devices whose strongest field reaches from 300 Gauss up to 3,000 Gauss (30 to 300 mT), the lab's medium-intensity range. The added strength over a low-intensity device mainly buys reach: a stronger field stays above a usable level farther from the surface, so it reaches deeper target areas before it fades. That reach comes from coil geometry and pulse strength, not from the field forcing its way through tissue, and the body's response still depends on pulse frequency and the amplitude window as much as on raw strength. Many of the paddles and loops Gauss Labs has measured sit here. Gauss Labs sets the range at peaks from 300 G up to 3,000 G, the span of its gauss meter's middle range. See Low-Intensity PEMF for below 300 G and High-Intensity PEMF for 3,000 G and above.
