QC (Quality Control)
EngineeringThe process of verifying that finished units meet defined performance specifications before shipment. In PEMF accessory manufacturing, a QC gate typically includes measuring peak Gauss at a fixed distance and power setting, checking coil inductance on an LCR meter, and testing cable assembly resistance. Establishing a pass/fail band around the nominal values from a characterized reference unit (typically ±15% for field output) allows defective units to be caught and corrected before reaching end users.
