Report Amendment

A corrected or updated edition of a finished report, issued in place of the one before it. A final report is never edited in place. Every version a customer received can still be traced. The earlier edition stays on record, marked as superseded. The first edition is the original, each later one is numbered (Amendment 1, Amendment 2), and the newest is marked current.
